秘书工作是非常具体的工作,通常说的办文、办会、办事,就有不少是具体的事务性工作。而正是在这些具体的事务性工作中,秘书的作用得到发挥,才干得到展现,经验、能力和水平也得到积累、锻炼和提高。 在自己做的这些具体工作中,选择一些带有典型性的例子,或者给自己留下深刻印象并能给人以启示的例子,写成文章,这就是秘书工作的案例。对所写的案例作一点分析,发一点议论,有的放矢,一事一议,这就是秘书工作的个案分析。 这种案例或个案分析,不是抽象地归纳,也不是阐述某项工作应该如何如何做,象教科书那样,罗列出一、二、三、四点来,讲一些普遍规律;而是具体地记叙或讲述自己亲手操办的某项工作实际是怎样做的,有血有肉,有苦有甜,有成功有失败,让读者看得见、摸得着,感到亲切贴近,并能从中获得启示和教益。 这类文章,短小精悍,生动活泼,一般从事秘书实际工作的同志都能写,都爱看,而且看了还易学,还管用。对于从事秘书教学或理论研究的同志来说,这将是来自第一线的活生生的材料和例证,估计也会受到他们的欢迎。 因此,从本期起,我们将用一定的篇幅刊登这类文章。为了表明我们的意向,本期刊出的3篇案例性文章组合成一个临时性栏目,今后刊出的这类文章,应属哪个栏目还放哪个栏目,在此特予以说明。
Secretary work is a very specific job. Usually, there are quite a few office work tasks that are usually done in writing, organizing and doing things. It is precisely in these specific operational work that the role of the secretary has been brought into full play, demonstrated, experience, ability and level accumulated, tempered and enhanced. In these specific work I did, I chose to write some articles with typical examples, or impress myself with inspiration, and write an article. This is a case of secretary work. A little analysis of the written case, made a point of discussion, targeted, talked about the matter, this is a case analysis of the Secretary’s work. This case or case analysis is not abstractly summarized nor does it describe how a work should be done. Like a textbook, it lists one, two, three or four points and tells some general laws. It specifically narrates Or about what you actually do with a job that you personally do, flesh and blood, sweet and bitter, unsuccessful and unsuccessful, so that the reader can see, touch, feel close and get enlightenment and lessons. Such articles, short and pithy, vivid and lively, generally engaged in the actual work of the secretary comrades can write, all love to see, and read also easy to learn, but also work. For comrades engaged in secretarial teaching or theoretical research, this will be the living materials and examples from the forefront, which are estimated to be welcomed by them. Therefore, from this issue, we will publish these articles in a certain length. In order to show our intention, the three case-based articles published in this issue are grouped into a temporary section. We will give a description of which section of the article should be published in the future.
