目的探讨利凡诺湿敷配合微波治疗仪治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果。方法将62例化疗性静脉炎患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例。治疗组运用利凡诺湿敷加微波治疗仪,对照组应用50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论利凡诺湿敷配合微波治疗仪治疗化疗性静脉炎,具有消肿、止痛、软化血管、减少色素沉着、简便实用的优点。
Objective To investigate the effect of rivanol wet dressing combined with microwave therapy device in the treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Methods 62 patients with chemotherapy phlebitis were randomly divided into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was treated with rivanol wet dressing and microwave therapy device, and the control group was treated with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Lifanuo wet dressing combined with microwave therapy instrument for the treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis has the advantages of swelling, analgesia, softening blood vessels, reducing pigmentation, and being simple and practical.
