本文介绍的试验系统采用微型计算机控制,可得到材料在很短时间内的动态应力一应变值。根据材料的弧度和冲击杆的冲击速度,应变速率范围大约为10~2～2×10~3S~(-1),整个系统的精度通过对应变速率不敏感材料动态、静态试验结果的比较来检验。文中给出了对韧铜和两种铝合金材料的试验结果。
This article describes the test system using microcomputer control, can be obtained in a very short period of time the material dynamic stress-strain value. According to the radian of the material and the impact speed of the impact rod, the strain rate range is about 10 ~ 2 ~ 2 × 10 ~ 3S ~ (-1). The accuracy of the whole system is compared with the dynamic and static test results test. The test results of ductile copper and two kinds of aluminum alloy materials are given in this paper.
