After the manual welding of the pole framework is replaced by automatic welding, the consumption of reinforcing bars is reduced, the geometry of the skeleton is regular, and the production efficiency is improved. However, the electrode roller arrangement of the welding machine is still not perfect (see Figure 1). Its conductive route is: cable → electrode frame → axis → electrode roller → rebar. Among them, the shaft and electrode roller are in dynamic cooperation. In this way, not only the friction wear of the shaft to the hole, but also the burning of conductive sparks. These will affect the life of the electrode roller and the shaft. If the dynamic fit is replaced with the rolling bearing, the power supply is directly sent to the electrode roller. The conductive route is: cable → electrode frame → slip ring → electrode wheel roll → rebar. Then they
