建设具有高职特色的英语教学团队对课程建设、教师职业能力发展以及人才培养质量的提高有十分重要的意义。以广西水利电力职业技术学院高职英语教学团队的建设实践为例,探讨了教学团队在教学理念更新、教学改革、教学研究、师资队伍建设等方面的具体措施,从实践层面探索和总结了教学团队建设的方法与成果。
The construction of the English teaching team with the characteristics of higher vocational education is of great significance to the curriculum construction, the development of teachers’ professional competence and the improvement of the quality of personnel training. Taking the construction practice of English teaching team of higher vocational college in Guangxi Water Conservancy and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College for example, this paper discusses the specific measures of teaching team in terms of teaching concept renewal, teaching reform, teaching and research, faculty building and so on. It explores and summarizes the teaching Team building methods and results.
