目的:分析盐酸氨溴索注射剂不良反应的临床特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2013年2月~2015年2月盐酸氨溴索注射剂不良反应报告23例,对不良反应的患者因素、药品因素,以及不良反应类型、主要临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:盐酸氨溴索注射剂引起的不良反应与患者年龄、用药的剂量以及配伍使用有一定的联系,不良反应表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主,也有过敏性休克等严重的不良反应发生。结论:应重视盐酸氨溴索注射剂引起的不良反应,医护人员在使用药品前必须了解其用法用量、配伍禁忌以及不良反应,同时用药后注意观测,及时发现异常、及时处理解决,最大限度避免不良反应的产生。
Objective: To analyze the clinical features of ambroxol hydrochloride injection and provide references for clinical safety. Methods: Twenty-three cases of adverse reactions of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were collected, and the factors of patients, drug factors, types of adverse reactions and main clinical manifestations were analyzed statistically. Results: The adverse reaction caused by ambroxol hydrochloride injection was related to patient’s age, dosage of drug and compatibility. The main adverse reactions were the damage of skin and its accessory and serious adverse reactions such as anaphylactic shock. Conclusion: The adverse reactions caused by ambroxol hydrochloride injection should be paid attention to. The medical staffs should understand the dosage, incompatibility and adverse reactions before using the drugs. At the same time, observe the observation, discover the anomalies in time, solve them in time, and avoid the problems to the maximum extent The production of the reaction.
