技术技能型高考的提出,既有社会经济发展的外在动力,也有教育体系完善的内部需求,还有个体发展的必然要求。基于社会环境和已有的实践教训,技能型高考的实施将会面临生源、培养质量、普职互通、考试制度设计等困境。针对这些困境,可以通过淡化学历意识,保障基础教育质量,严格考试标准;合理规划建设技术型本科院校;构建普职沟通的有效通道等方式来解决。
The introduction of technical skills-based college entrance examination not only has the external motivation of social and economic development, but also completes the internal demand of education system as well as the inevitable requirement of individual development. Based on the social environment and existing practical lessons, the implementation of the skills-based college entrance examination will face such difficulties as student resource, training quality, universal job intercommunication and examination system design. In response to these dilemmas, we can solve these problems by diluting the awareness of academic qualifications, ensuring the quality of basic education, and strictly examining standards; planning and constructing technology-oriented undergraduate colleges reasonably; and building an effective channel for universal job communication.
