为了切实提高加工贸易的质量和效益,提高加工贸易对国内经济发展的贡献力,必须及时引导加工贸易转型升级,使其生产能力转向价值链中增值更高的环节。本文重在探讨我国加工贸易处于全球价值链低端的成因,以提高其在国际分工中的地位。
In order to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of processing trade and increase the contribution of processing trade to the domestic economic development, we must promptly guide the transformation and upgrading of processing trade and shift its production capacity to higher-value links in the value chain. This article focuses on the cause of China’s processing trade at the low end of the global value chain in order to enhance its position in the international division of labor.
