本文对2000～2004年四川与西部其他省市区经济增长情况进行了比较分析和研究,着重分析四川与西部其他地区的不足和差距。重视与正视不足和差距,客观分析其原因(重点从产业结构、工业化城市化、企业效益和金融方面进行分析),有利于制定和选择更具针对性、有效性的经济金融对策。本文在内部刊用后,四川省人民政府黄小祥副省长批示“这篇文章分析透彻,有说服力”,希望有关方面“组织研讨,提出对策”。现将进一步修改后的文章在此发表。
This paper compares and analyzes the economic growth in Sichuan and other provinces in the western region from 2000 to 2004, and analyzes the deficiencies and gaps in Sichuan and other western regions. Pay attention to and face the shortcomings and gaps, objective analysis of the reasons (focusing on industrial structure, industrialization, urbanization, business efficiency and financial analysis), is conducive to the formulation and selection of more targeted and effective economic and financial measures. After the article was published internally, Vice Governor Huang Xiaoxiang of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government instructed “This article is thorough and convincing.” I hope relevant parties can “organize discussions and put forward countermeasures.” Now further modified articles published here.
