目的 探讨健康青年进驻不同海拔高度不同时间血管内皮细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM- 1)表达的变化。 方法 对从平原进驻海拔 3 70 0 m和 5 380 m高原第 7d及半年的 40名某部官兵 ,运用酶联免疫分析法 (EL ISA)检测其血清 ICAM- 1表达的含量。 结果 进驻 5 380 m高原环境 7d后 ,血清 ICAM- 1的表达显著高于进驻 3 70 0 m7d后的值 (P<0 .0 1) ,进驻半年后的值均明显低于 7d后的值 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,而 5 380 m组半年后的值仍明显高于 3 70 0 m组。 结论 进驻高原者血清 ICAM的表达 ,随海拔高度的升高而增高 ,随居留时间的延长 ,它会明显降低 ,但仍高于基线水平。
Objective To investigate the changes of ICAM-1 expression in healthy young people at different altitudes at different times. Methods The levels of ICAM-1 in sera of 40 officers and men who were stationed at 3 70 m and 3 380 m above sea level on the 7th and 6th seasons were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The ICAM-1 expression in serum was significantly higher than that at 3 70 0 m 7d after 5 380 m altitude (P <0.01), and the values of ICAM-1 in serum were significantly lower than those after 7 days P <0. 05, P <0. 01), while the values of 6 380 m group after 6 months were still significantly higher than those of the 3 70 m group. Conclusions The expression of ICAM in sera from the plateau increased with altitude, and decreased significantly with the increase of residence time, but still higher than the baseline level.
