8月30日—9月14日北京国际文化城参展须知1不接收定金,须缴纳全款,签定入场协议书方能入场进行展览交易。2报名致电执委会招展部,以缴纳全款选定展厅号。3.文化艺术展活动由各参展团体自负盈亏,保持展厅环境卫生,维护好公共设施,展具自理,展会营业期间参展展品,由各参展单位(个人)负责看管,如有丢失或损坏自行承担。4.各展厅必须在8月29日下午17:00以前布展完毕,否则所定展厅执委会将另行安排。未定展厅自行前来参展,造成损失,自行负责。

Cultural and Art Exhibition Each exhibitor shall be responsible for its own profits and losses, maintain the environmental hygiene of the exhibition hall, maintain the public facilities and take care of itself. The exhibitors shall exhibit exhibits during the exhibition period and shall be in charge of the exhibitors (individuals) . 4. All exhibition halls must be completed before 17:00 on the 29th of August. Otherwise, the exhibition hall executive committee will make arrangements separately. Undecided exhibition hall to come forward to participate in the exhibition, resulting in loss, self-responsibility.
