本文对国内网站认证机构的类型和特点进行了研究分析,指出网站认证机构的本质是通过提供相关认证产品而获得收益的商业性机构。网站认证机构通过对网站的各种核心信息进行审核和验证,有助于消费者认清合法网站,避免网络欺诈;政府主管部门也可以通过网站认证引导和规范网络购物企业的经营。网站认证机构本身仍然存在公信力不足和违规经营的可能性。通过建立网站认证机构的市场准入制度,加强对网站认证机构的业务监管,以及提升网站认证机构本身的自律性,可以提高网站认证机构整体的运作水平,推动网络购物的健康发展。
This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of domestic website certification agencies, and points out that the essence of website certification agencies is a commercial institution that gains revenue by providing relevant certification products. The website certification organization can help consumers recognize legitimate websites and avoid network fraud by reviewing and verifying various core information of the website; government authorities can also guide and regulate the operation of online shopping companies through website certification. The website certification body itself still has the possibility of lack of credibility and illegal operation. By establishing a market access system for website certification agencies, strengthening the business supervision of website certification agencies and improving the self-discipline of website certification organizations, the overall level of operation of website certification agencies can be improved, and the healthy development of online shopping can be promoted.
