利用单孢杂交、辐射诱变、原生质体融合几种生物技术,选育(佛罗里达侧耳×杂交3号)、(佛罗里达侧耳×野生1号)、(佛罗里达侧耳×姬菇)三个优良品系,产量较新本及推广品种显著增产,经酶谱鉴定为杂交品系.同时进行了平菇与香菇属间原生质体融合.
The results showed that there were three excellent lines with high yield (Florida Pleurotus ♂ × Wild 1 ×), (Florida Pleurotus ostreatus × Pleurotus ostreatus), and several biotechnologies including single spore hybridization, radiation mutagenesis and protoplast fusion. Compared with the new edition and the promotion variety, the yield was significantly increased, and the hybridization line was identified by the zymogram.
