股骨头缺血性坏死(Ischmic necrsis of femerelhead.以下简称INFH)是骨科常见病,疑难病。往往因缺乏有效的早期治疗而致患髋病废,而使早期方法的优劣成为INFH预后的关键。我们采用股骨头钻孔减压内收肌切断术,配合应用骨增灵髋关节腔内注射治疗早期INFH,收到满意疗效,报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组42例,男30例,女12例;年龄18～56岁,平均37岁;左髋18例,右髋16例,双髋8
