本文建立的性能预测模型考虑了气相的可压缩性和沿流道的截面面积的变化,介绍了数值模拟的方法和步骤。利用该模型讨论了几何参数和不同操作条件下对过流部件内含气率和静压分布的影响。第一代多相泵实验的结果与预测结果相符。在含气率小于30%时,二者结果比较一致;在含气率大于 40%时,误差加大。
The performance prediction model established in this paper considers the compressibility of the gas phase and the cross-sectional area along the flow channel. The methods and steps of the numerical simulation are introduced. This model is used to discuss the influence of geometrical parameters and gas flow rate and static pressure distribution in overcurrent components under different operating conditions. The results of the first-generation multi-phase pump experiment are consistent with the prediction results. When the gas content is less than 30%, the results of the two are consistent; when the gas content is more than 40%, the error increases.
