心肌细胞电生理活动的自律性、兴奋性、传导性、收缩性直接受到细胞膜内外某些离子浓度的影响,而心肌细胞的四性又直接影响到心脏的自由规律性跳动和收缩.如下讨论天门冬钾镁(脉安定)即钾镁离子对心肌细胞四性的影响和对心脏规律性搏动的影响.1 材料和方法室性早搏60例随机分成两组进行对比.1.1 观察组 30例,男19例,女11例;最大年龄64岁,最小年龄24岁,平均年龄49.1岁.其中冠心病合并室早10例,高血压心脏病合并室早2例,心肌炎合并室早18例.1.2 对照组 30例,男17例,女13例;最大年龄62岁,最小年龄27岁,平均年龄47.4岁.其中冠心病合并室早12例,高血压心脏病合并室早5例,心肌炎合并室早13例.2 治疗方法
