昆布氨酸为一大型非胶原糖蛋白。位于滋养层、肾小球基底膜及人肾小球系膜内,它可促进上皮细胞与基底膜结合。通过放免法(RIA)或酶免疫法(EIA)可以测定发生免疫反应后毫微克范围内的昆布氨酸。有报道称整个孕期内昆布氨酸水平增加,妊娠末三个月达高水平,可能是由于胎盘的生长并含有丰富基底膜所致。也有报道先兆子痫患者昆布氨酸水平明显高于正常妊娠。本研究用EIA测量正常孕妇、先兆子痫患者母血、脐血、羊水中昆布氨酸水平,旨在探讨昆布氨酸水平与临床和检验指标的相关性。
The laminin is a large non-collagen glycoprotein. Located in the trophoblast, glomerular basement membrane and human glomerular mesangial, it can promote epithelial cells and basement membrane binding. Knapurine in the nanogram range following immunoreactivity can be determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) or enzyme immunoassay (EIA). It has been reported that increased levels of laminin during the entire trimester have reached high levels in the third trimester, probably due to the growth of the placenta and the rich basement membrane. It has also been reported that laminin in patients with preeclampsia was significantly higher than in normal pregnancies. In this study, the levels of laminin in maternal blood, umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid in normal pregnant women and pre-eclampsia patients were measured by EIA. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between laminin levels and clinical and laboratory parameters.
