《全日制义务教育语文课程标准(实验稿)》总目标第9条明确地规定:“具有日常口语交际的基本能力,在各种交际活动中,学会倾听、表达和交流。初步学会文明地进行人际沟通和社会交往,发展合作精神。”然而,在我们农村初级中学,口语交际训练课常常遭到冷落,或老师轻描淡写,或学生寥寥数语。经过几年探讨,本人认为要完成这一任务,最有效的办法就是利用语文课前三至五分钟进行演讲训练,提高他们的口语交际能力。下面我根据多年教学实践谈谈具体做法:
Article 9 of the general objective of the full-time compulsory education curriculum standard for Chinese language (experimental draft) clearly stipulates that: “having the basic ability of daily oral communication and learning to listen, express and communicate in various communicative activities. Interpersonal communication and social interaction, develop the spirit of cooperation. ”However, in our rural primary schools, oral communication training classes are often neglected, or teachers understatement, or a few words of students. After several years of discussion, I think that the most effective way to accomplish this task is to use the first three to five minutes of language lessons to improve their oral communicative competence.
