测量了室温和77K下0-70kb之间GaP的一级拉曼散射谱.根据测得的TO和LO声子的压力系数计算了它们的模式Gr(u|¨)neisen参数.得到室温下γ_(TO)和γ_(LO)值分别为1.05和0.92;低温值分别为1.01和0.86.
The first-order Raman scattering spectra of GaP at room temperature and at 77K were measured. Their Gr (u | ¨) neisen parameters were calculated based on the measured pressure coefficients of TO and LO phonons. (TO) and γ_ (LO) were 1.05 and 0.92, respectively. The values of low temperature were 1.01 and 0.86 respectively.
