以系统有、无孔板破乳元件在每个相同流量下除油率的比较来表征孔板空化破乳效果,并通过比较装有孔板破乳元件的系统在各孔径和流量下的除油率,确定实验最佳孔径和流量。结果表明:孔板空化破乳法对于乳化液的破坏是有效的,且效果显著;在孔径为8 mm,流量为3.85 m3/h时,系统破乳效果最好,除油率可达97%,孔径偏大或偏小及流量偏高或偏低均会影响空化破乳效果。
