迫于能源问题及人们生活环境的需要,“低碳经济”一词应运而生,发展低碳经济既可以达到保护环境的目的,又可以调整经济结构,提高能源的利用率,本文主要就我国低碳经济发展中的问题进行分析,构思了低碳经济发展的前景。
