企业要想在市场竞争中立于不败之地,不仅要靠科学化的管理,先进的工艺设备、优良的产品品质,更重要的是要依靠先进的企业文化。企业文化的建设,能够增强企业凝聚力,激发员工的积极性和主动性,更重要的是引导企业形成共同的价值观,实现在激烈的竞争中的可持续发展。而责任文化做为一个太西厂子文化体系,更是企业文化建设中不可或缺的组成部分,也是提高太西厂企业执行力、实现“打造全国一流无烟煤洗选深加工基地”愿景目标的重要基础。文章结合企业发展实际,从企业责任文化建设现状、加强企业责任文化建设意义、如何加强企业责任文化建设提出自己的一些认识和思考。
