雷公藤有效抗生育单体T_4(雷藤氯内酯醇)抗生育效果肯定,作用环节理想;对睾丸曲精细管细胞组合影响不大,主要作用于附睾,导致大量精子头尾分离。对精子头部形态没有明显影响,也不干扰精母细胞联会复合体配对及其功能,未见染色体易位的发生,也不引起精原细胞染色体畸变及微核发生率的增加,结果表明T_4对生殖细胞没有明显的遗传损伤效应。对T_4深入研究,可望发展成理想的男用避孕药。

On T_4 in-depth study, is expected to develop into the ideal male contraceptives.
