党的十八大为全国各族人民吹响了全面建成小康社会的新号角,为社会主义文化强国建设发布了新的动员令。今后五年是我国全面建成小康社会的关键时期,是我国转变发展方式、提升文化软实力的关键时期。在新的历史条件下,如何发挥协会的作用、如何团结全行业的力量,共同推进我国广播电视战略转型、业态创新和科学发展,已经历史地落在我们身上。对于协会今后五年的工作,有以下五点初步设想:一是更加注重学术研究,从全面建成小康社会的
