当前,在大陆“十二五”规划与台湾中长期经济发展构想(黄金十年)的契合和共同助推下,两岸双向投资正面临着难得的发展机遇,大陆资本入台投资(以下简称“陆资入台”)的供给和需求都有很大潜力。尽管两岸产业存在着强烈的互补性,但是陆资入台在密切两岸经济关系和“平衡资金单向倾斜”状态的同时,也有可能在某些方面造成新的摩擦,从而给陆资入台带来一定的风险。这种风险既可能来自岛内,也可能源于大陆;既可能来自企业自身,也可能来自外部环境。这在一定程度上阻碍了陆资入台的顺利进行和在台湾投资产业层次的提高。因此,建立健全陆资入台风险防范机制十分必要和紧迫。

Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to establish and improve a risk prevention mechanism for land-based investment in Taiwan.
