1临床资料患者,女,26岁,体育教师。因头痛1年,加重5天,于2001年11月3日入院。病人于1年前反复出现运动后前额部胀痛,立位时明显,平卧位减轻,极易疲劳,无心慌、恶心、呕吐。入院前5天无明显诱因症状加重,平卧位亦不能缓解。曾有1次一过性晕厥,未治疗。否认家族中有类似患者。查
1 clinical data patients, female, 26 years old, physical education teacher. 1 year due to headache, increased 5 days, on November 3, 2001 admission. One year ago, the patient repeatedly showed pain in the forehead after exercise. When the standing position was clear, the supine position was relieved. The patient was extremely tired and flustered without nausea and vomiting. Five days before admission, no obvious predisposing factors increased, supine position can not be alleviated. Had a transient syncope, not treated. Denied a similar patient in the family. check
