基于台达机器视觉的机械手自动放料系统设计方案,通过台达PLC主机触发机器视觉对相应的孔位进行拍照,机器视觉获取对应孔位的像素坐标后,经计算器处理转换为机械手所在的物理坐标系中的坐标,并通过RS232自动传送给机械手。通过关联机器视觉和机械手的坐标系后,可实现机械手的准确定位。该设计方案可以代替人工实现产品的精确放置,在降低人力成本同时,可有效减少人工放置过程中产生的不良数量,提高生产质量和效率。
Based on Delta’s machine vision automatic robotic release system design scheme, Delta PLC mainframe triggers the machine vision to take pictures of the corresponding hole positions. After the machine vision obtains the pixel coordinates corresponding to the hole positions, it is converted into the robot’s position by the calculator The coordinates in the physical coordinate system are automatically transmitted to the robot via RS232. By correlating machine vision with the robot’s coordinate system, accurate positioning of the robot can be achieved. The design solution can replace the manual placement of the products and reduce the manpower cost. Meanwhile, the design method can effectively reduce the number of defects generated during manual placement and improve the production quality and efficiency.
