目的 :探究血清胰腺再生蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者疗效及认知功能的影响。方法 :随机选取我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者,采用酶联免疫法检测其体内的胰腺再生蛋白水平,按照其体内胰腺再生蛋白水平将其分为胰腺再生蛋白高水平组与低水平组两组,分别给予两组患者常规治疗。对比分析治疗效果及治疗后患者认知情况。结果 :胰腺再生蛋白高水平组患者治疗后总有效率与低水平组患者相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义。高水平组患者治疗后7d、治疗后1个月MMSE评分与低水平组患者的相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义。高水平组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于低水平组患者,差异有统计学意义。结论 :血清胰腺再生蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者有明显影响,当患者体内胰腺再生蛋白水平较高时,其治疗效果较好,认知功能恢复越快。
Objective: To investigate the effect of serum levels of pancreatic protein on the efficacy and cognitive function in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected in our hospital. The levels of pancreatic protein in the pancreas were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and were divided into high and low levels of pancreatic regenerative protein Two groups were given routine treatment of two groups of patients. Comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect and cognitive status of patients after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of patients with high level of pancreatic albumin after treatment was significantly higher than that of patients with low level of serum, the difference was statistically significant. In the high-level group, the MMSE score was significantly higher at 7 days after treatment and at 1 month after treatment as compared with the patients in the low-level group. The difference was statistically significant. Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly higher in patients with high level than those in patients with low level, the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Serum levels of pancreatic protein have significant effects on type 2 diabetic patients. When the level of pancreatic regenerative protein in patients is high, the therapeutic effect is better and the recovery of cognitive function is faster.
