据国家权威部门人士透露,到本世纪末,我国将基本建立起适应社会主义市场经济体制要求的社会保险体制框架,建立起适用于多种经济成份和各类劳动的社会保险制度。 社会保障是深化经济体制改革的一项重要任务,关系到经济社会发展全局。 “九五”期间,我国将按照统一制度、统一标准、统一管理、统一使用基金原则,在养老、失业、医疗、工伤和生育保险等方面,全面推进社会保险制度。
According to sources from state authorities, by the end of this century, our country will basically establish a social security institutional framework that meets the requirements of the socialist market economic system and establish a social security system applicable to various economic sectors and various types of labor. Social security is an important task of deepening economic restructuring and affects the overall economic and social development. During the Ninth Five-year Plan period, our country will comprehensively promote the social insurance system in respect of pension, unemployment, medical treatment, work injury and maternity insurance in accordance with the principle of a unified system, uniform standards, unified management and uniform use of funds.
