文章在研究综述的基础上,根据熊彼特创新理论,提炼了企业持续创新的概念,提出了企业持续创新的内容持续模式和过程持续模式。从内容持续模式来看,企业持续创新的过程,是企业在其技术创新、市场创新、制度创新以及管理创新四个方面持续动态地进行有机整合的过程;从过程持续模式来看,企业持续创新的过程,是企业在技术、市场、制度、管理及其相互动态有机整合方面持续地形成创意、实施创意以及商业化或应用创意的交互迭代的循环过程。
Based on the review of the study, this article, based on Schumpeterian theory of innovation, refined the concept of continuous innovation of enterprises and put forward the content continuous mode and continuous process model of continuous innovation of enterprises. From the perspective of continuous mode of content, the continuous innovation process of an enterprise is a process of continuous and dynamic organic integration of an enterprise in terms of its technological innovation, market innovation, institutional innovation and management innovation. From the perspective of the continuous mode of the enterprise, the enterprise continuously innovates Is a cyclic process of continuous iteration of ideas, implementation of ideas and commercialization or application creativity of enterprises in terms of technology, market, system, management and their mutual dynamic organic integration.
