传染科检验室,进行显微镜检验时应当戴口罩操作。但是在汽温低的季节,戴着口罩作检验,检验人员呼出的气体,遇到冷的接目镜片后冷凝成雾滴,使接目镜片变模糊,直接影响检验。我们在实际工作中摸索出1种用涤纶薄膜(或胶片)制成的保明片,固定在接目镜上。因为涤纶薄膜和胶片较玻璃片导热性慢,不易形成雾滴。如果再涂上一层明胶效果更好。因为明胶富有吸水性,能使水分均匀地流散于涤纶薄膜上而形成透明的水胶层,不会破坏光线的透过,保持接目镜透明,收到良好效果。按目镜保明装置的制作方法如下。
