本文应用微探头电位扫描法和电偶实验技术,研究了几种黄铜接头金属的耐蚀性,并探讨了它们之间耐蚀性不同的原因。结果表明,黄铜熔敷金属在海水中的腐蚀主要是脱锌腐蚀,填充金属中加入铝,可减少这类选择性腐蚀。其作用机理是铝参与了表面成膜,而含铝的表面氧化膜能显著改善合金的电化学行为。同时证实了微探头电位扫描法可预测黄铜焊接接头在海水中的电化学腐蚀行为。
In this paper, we studied the corrosion resistance of several kinds of brass joint metals by using the micro-probe potential scanning method and the galvanic experimental technique, and discussed the reasons for the different corrosion resistance between them. The results show that the corrosion of brass deposited metal in seawater is mainly dezincification and the addition of aluminum to the filler metal can reduce such selective corrosion. The mechanism of action is that aluminum participates in the surface film formation, while the aluminum-containing surface oxide film can significantly improve the electrochemical behavior of the alloy. At the same time, it is confirmed that the micro-probe potential scanning method can predict the electrochemical corrosion behavior of brass welded joints in seawater.
