《儿童与青少年的内分泌及遗传疾病》(Endocrine and Genetic Diseases of Childhood and Adolescencc)一书是由加德纳(Gardner)氏主编,并有70多位专家参加执笔。该书是讨论儿童与青少年的主要内分泌及遗传疾病的病因、临床表现、病理生理、诊断、治疗、预后与谘询的专著。书中介绍了许多观察和研究遗传疾病的新方法和新技术,如:性异常的分类法、皮纹嵴图型、出生前的诊断、核型分析与染色体分带技术、遗传谘询、免疫遗传等等,写得都十分详尽。对临床的实际工作能起到良好的指导作用。
The book, Endocrine and Genetic Diseases of Childhood and Adolescencc, is authored by Gardner and includes more than 70 experts.
