经研究60份脑脊液的潘氏试验及用染料比色法测定总蛋白、白蛋白、计算脑脊液／血清白蛋白指数等几项指标在临床的应用。认为用决酚篮比色法测定脑脊液白蛋白对血脑屏障损伤的诊断敏感性为85．9％，诊断特异性为100％，方法简便，试剂易配，能上机操作，是一种既符合现代生化检验操作又有良好的临床实用性的方法。
