镍基无磁蒙耐尔合金,有较好的加工性能、电真空性能及焊接性能,所以是制造行波管及其它电子管的重要结构材料。这些器件内部大多保持高真空(约10~(-9)托)。为保证这些器件使用安全、可靠,对该合金气密性要求甚高,即在使用中一定不能漏气。我国目前生产的材料质量较差,存在着严重的漏气现象,从而影响这些器件的生产和使用。因而提出了研究产生漏气的原因及改进措施的生产课题。 经分析该合金之所以漏气,只可能是由于有足够长的(0.3~0.5mm)气体运输“短路途径”,这种短路途径可能是和合金中某种组织结构不均匀,特别是条带结构分
