劳动创造财富,劳动创造世界,劳动也创造了人类本身。劳动光荣,劳动伟大。劳动是人类社会的永恒主题,人类社会的发展历史在一定程度上也是生产劳动的历史。在新的历史条件下,倡导党员干部参加劳动,既很有必要,也很有意义。一、干部参加劳动是马克思主义政党一贯倡导的优良作风马克思主义政党是工人阶级和劳动人民的政党,一刻也不应该脱离劳动群众。马克思认为“生产劳动是造就全面发展的人的唯一方法,是防止一切社会病毒的伟大的消毒剂”。恩格斯在《劳动在从猿到人的转变中的作用》
