According to the law magazine Research, the French science and technology observatory recently based on the American Science Information Institute’s Scientific Citation Index (SCI, which compiles some 4000 influential scientific journals in the world) Distribution and its impact index were analyzed and included in the following table. As can be seen from the table, the current world science and technology publications market is mainly dominated by the United States and the EU countries.
