采用通径分析法研究了板栗果实生长与子房主要营养物质积累的关系。结果表明 ,正常栗总苞和坚果直径增长呈“双S”曲线 ,空苞栗总苞直径在花后 6 5d(7月下旬 )以前与正常栗没有明显差异 ,从花后 6 5d起一直比正常栗低 ;空苞栗坚果直径在花后 2 5d(6月中旬 )即开始比正常栗低 ,花后 45d(7月上旬 )后其增长停滞。空苞栗子房主要营养物质含量在花后 45d(7月上旬 )后开始下降或继续处于下降状态 ,而此时正常栗子房中主要营养物质呈上升趋势或稳定在高水平上 ,反映了幼胚发育期 (7月上旬至 8月上旬 )空苞栗子房营养供应严重不足 ,且空苞栗幼胚发育期子房中还原糖、淀粉、蛋白质、氨基酸和P、K素含量与正常栗差异较明显。正常栗总苞直径增长伴随着子房淀粉含量的显著积累和P素的消耗 (以淀粉积累的作用更大 ) ,而子房B素的消耗过程对总苞直径增长有加速作用 ;坚果直径的增长过程主要决定于子房淀粉的显著积累和蛋白质的消耗 (以淀粉积累的作用更大 ) ,而子房还原糖的积累和K素消耗对坚果直径增长具有加速作用 (以还原糖积累的作用更大 )。

Normal chestnut diameter growth accompanied by a significant accumulation of ovary starch content and P consumption (starch greater role), and ovarian B consumption of the process of total bud diameter growth accelerated; nut diameter The growth process is mainly determined by the significant accumulation of ovary starch and protein consumption (greater role of starch accumulation), while the accumulation of reducing sugars and kalium depletion in the ovary accelerates the growth of the nut diameter (the role of reducing sugar accumulation Bigger).
