用试验方法研究了AP1000核电站蒸汽发生器镍基690合金管子与管板焊缝焊接工艺.采用全位置自动钨极惰性气体保护焊方法焊接,以95%Ar+5%H2作为焊接保护气体,对每条焊缝的焊接参数分区段设置并采用单层单道自熔焊接工艺,获得了满意的焊接接头质量.对使用不同焊接保护气体、不同焊接热输入焊接的管子管板焊缝截面进行宏观和微观检验.结果表明:焊接电参数相同,焊接保护气体不同,获得的有效焊喉尺寸不同;增大焊接热输入,会使管子管板焊缝根部发生裂纹的概率明显增大.
The welding process of the pipe and tube plate of Ni-based 690 alloy steam generator for AP1000 nuclear power plant was studied by the test method. The welding was conducted with full position automatic tungsten inert gas shielded welding with 95% Ar + 5% H2 as the welding shielding gas. The welding parameters of each weld are set in different sections and the single-layer single-pass self-flux welding process is adopted to obtain the satisfactory quality of the welded joints. The cross-section of the weld of pipe tube plate welded with different welding protective gas and different welding heat input is macroscopically And microscopic test.The results show that the welding welding gas has the same welding electrical parameters, and the effective welding throat sizes are different. Increasing the welding heat input increases the probability of cracks in the pipe root weld.
