Objective: We investigated rates of prostate cancer (PCa), high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplaisa (HGPIN) and atypical small acinar proliferation (ASAP) in a multiethnic cohort. Methods: We evaluated prostate biopsy outcomes in men enrolled in the
