在企业发展过程中,内部审计发挥着十分重要的作用,它可以科学审查和评价企业的一切经济活动,并且能够制约、防护和促进企业管理.调查研究表明,在如今的企业内部审计工作中,还存在着诸多的问题,如内部审计工作不能够独立开展、内审人员素质需要进一步提升等等,内部审计的作用没有得到充分发挥,对于企业的长远稳定发展,起到了一定程度的制约作用;针对这种情况,就需要采取相应的对策,完善内部审计工作.
