尽管人们早巳注意到消化性溃疡病男性发病率明显高于女性,还发现雌激素对溃疡病的痊愈有明显疗效,但由于性激素治疗溃疡病的同时尚带来副作用,而一定程度上阻碍了人们对性激素与溃疡病关系的进一步研究。本实验利用大鼠急性实验,观察性激素对基础胃酸分泌的影响,以探索性激素影响消化性溃疡病发病之可能机理。
