抑瘤素M(OSM)是近年来新发现的主要由激活的T细胞、单核细胞产生的细胞因子.对多种实体肿瘤细胞的生长有抑制作用,并能诱导髓系白血病细胞的分化.本文以鼠红白血病细胞系FBL-3为对象,研究重组OSM与FBL-3细胞共育以及携带OSM基因的重组腺病毒(Ad-OSM)转染FBL-3细胞后,其免疫学特性的变化,以期为OSM及其基因治疗在抗肿瘤中应用提供实验依据.
Oncogenic M (OSM) is a newly discovered cytokine mainly produced by activated T cells and monocytes in recent years. It inhibits the growth of many solid tumor cells and can induce the differentiation of myeloid leukemia cells. In this paper, we studied the immunological characteristics of the FBL-3 mouse murine erythroleukemia cell line FBL-3 after transfection of FBL-3 cells with recombinant OSM and FBL-3 cells and recombinant adenovirus carrying the OSM gene (Ad-OSM). In order to provide experimental basis for the application of OSM and its gene therapy in anti-tumor.
