本文简要介绍了仪器排查以及数学模型排查两种诊断技术,同时分析了引发矿山机械设备液压系统出现压力异常以及系统温度过高两种问题的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。以期确保企业矿山机械设备液压系统的稳定性,使其能够稳定运行。
This article briefly introduced two kinds of diagnostic techniques, such as instrument investigation and mathematical model investigation. At the same time, it analyzed the causes of pressure abnormalities in hydraulic system of mining machinery and the problems of system over-temperature and put forward corresponding solutions. With a view to ensuring the stability of the hydraulic system of mining machinery and equipment to enable stable operation.
