同志们：这次全省民族工作会议的主要任务是：以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实中央民族工作会议暨第四次全国民族团结进步表彰大会精神,研究部署当前和今后一个时期我省的民族工作。首先,我代表省委、省政府,向受到国务院表彰的全国民族团结进步先进集体和先进个人表示热烈的祝贺!向全省民族工作者和所有关心支持民族团结进步事业的同志们表示诚挚的问候!等一会,正声同志将作重要讲话,请大家认真学习领会,切实抓好贯彻落实。下面,我先讲几点意见。
