背景今年3月下旬,省政协办公厅向全国政协办公厅、中共福建省委办公厅呈报了由漳州市政协报送的《建议抓紧由政府权威机构审定闽南话规范用字方案》的专报件,建议政府组织厦漳泉和潮汕的方言研究人员以及国家一流的语言文字学者,编辑出一本权威性的、高质量的闽南话词典。以政府的权威规范闽南话的用字,将这些用字在外宣资料中广泛使用,并推广到海内外的其它闽南话流行的地区,既可将闽南话这一古汉语的“活化石”系统完整地保存下来, 又能戳破台独分子所谓“台语”是台湾“国语”的谎言。对此,省委力公厅以《福建省涉台专家建议抓紧审定闽南话规范用字方案以遏制为台湾正名运动》转报给中共中央办公厅,中央办公厅很重视, 及时将这一建议呈报中央领导同志。中共中央政治局常委、全国政协主席贾庆林做了重要批示。6月2日,中共政治局常委、全国政协主席贾庆林作了重要批示:“支持福建省政协组织这项工作”。目前,《闽南话漳州腔词典》已列入今年国家新闻出版总署重点科研课题,由台盟福建省委、福建省政府台办、漳州市政协协助中国出版科学研究所编纂,现已组成词典编纂组开展工作,可望于2006年底由国家出版社正式出版。
