依据有关规范和工程实践,提出了对高强螺栓直接施加预拉力的思路和方法,研制了高强螺栓液压预拉力张拉器,解决了扭矩系数不合规范要求的高强螺栓预拉力的施加及质量验收问题。工程实践表明,新工艺具有良好的应用效果和推广价值。
According to the relevant norms and engineering practice, the idea and method of direct pre-tensioning of high-strength bolts are put forward. The hydraulic pre-tensioning tensioner is developed, which solves the problem of pre-tensioning and quality acceptance of high-strength bolts . Engineering practice shows that the new technology has good application and promotion value.
