国有企业是公有制经济的重要组成部分,是国民经济的支柱和主导力量。当前随着经济体制改革的深入推进和产业开放政策的不断扩大,国企面临的竞争日益激烈,特别是国有企业在改革改制及结构调整中的矛盾日益突现。本人根据企业实际,从现代企业制度、企业文化的塑造、企业人才队伍的建设等几方面对国企中存在的问题进行讨论何研究。
State-owned enterprises are an important part of the public ownership economy and the pillars and leading forces of the national economy. With the further advancement of the economic system reform and the continuous expansion of the industrial openness policy, the state-owned enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition. In particular, the contradictions among the state-owned enterprises in reform, restructuring, and structural adjustment have become increasingly prominent. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, I discussed the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises from the aspects of the modern enterprise system, the shaping of corporate culture, and the construction of the enterprise talent team.
