社会在发展,时代在进步,随着新一轮课程改革的全面启动,各科教学内容和形式也都在发生各种变化,如何在全新的教育环境下适应教育教学的要求,构建能被学生普遍接受的有效课堂成为摆在每位科任教师面前不容回避的问题。尤其现在的中学生都是90后,在当前特殊的生活环境中养成了一些特殊的学习特征,有的特性值得借鉴,但也有一些个性过于张扬,如果不加以适当约束,会影响孩子的学习和健康成长。这要求中学数学教师要能够做到与时俱进,积极调整自己的教育教学理念,转变教学方式,营造全新的数学课堂。
