对于服装行业来说,人这个以往万分重要的因素,现在却不那么重要了。年关将至,前几年各地服装企业最担心员工一去不返,年前就开始出台奖励政策,年后更是远赴各地开展抢人大战。但今年不比往昔,到目前为止,在媒体上有关用工荒的报道中,几乎都集中在服务业,以往用工荒重灾区的服装行业的相关报道却寥寥无几。我们可以理解为中国服装行业不那么缺工了。
For the apparel industry, people are the most important factor in the past, but now it is not so important. The year approaching, a few years ago most of the garment enterprises worry about the employees never go back, years ago, the introduction of incentive policies, year after year is far around the world to carry out war on people. But this year is not worse than in the past. So far, almost all media coverage of employment shortage has focused on the service industry. However, few reports have been made on the apparel industry in the past where employment was scarce. We can understand that the Chinese garment industry is not so short of labor.
